Most unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase if it is in clean, unused, and resellable condition.
Cut-to-length products and custom-made items are not returnable unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship. This includes items such as cut hose, custom hose assemblies, custom battery cables, protective sleeve sold by the foot, and other products that have been cut or made specifically for the customer.
Damage that occurs after installation or use is not automatically considered a defect. Hydraulic hoses and other products can be damaged by improper installation, abrasion, twisting, kinking, excessive heat, incorrect routing, external impact, use beyond the product’s rated limits, or other equipment-related conditions.
If an item appears to have a defect in materials or workmanship, or if a custom assembly was made incorrectly by Crowbar’s, please contact us. We may inspect the item to determine the cause of the problem before approving a replacement or refund. If the issue is ours, we’ll make it right.

Returns are handled in person at Crowbar’s in Marion, Iowa. Please contact us if you have questions about whether an item can be returned.
